Sunday Nov 27th took FLO & I to the JETS vs BILLS @ Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. It Was 60 degrees & sunny... just a couple days after Thanksgiving... AND the JETS got a W. On top of that, our boy Dane was in the building, so we were able to kick it with him during the game. FLO threw down a high-energy tailgate set for ESPN Radio & all the DieHard Jets fans & I caught it on camera. Enjoy!

Behind The Scenes: "Chad - For My Skateboarders" Video Shoot

A brief behind the scenes look at my dude Chad's Video Shoot for "For My Skateboarders." The shoot took place on a crystal clear Sunday morning on 110 st. & Lenox. ave in Harlem. Shout to Darren of Born Ryders for putting everything together. Between him & my boy Chad, they had the whole hood come out to rep in the video. There were also mad skateboarders from Belchez's NO POP BAIL UPTOWN SK8 COMPETITION that DJ FLO & Myself DJ'd just a few weeks back. Anyway, I'm going to keep my footage real brief because after all i'm not the photographer here... the talented guys over at @RivalsOfTime are, so shout to them as well. Pre-Halloween in S-TOWN

Saturday Oct 8^th Marked the 3^rd Annual S-Town (Stamford, CT) Pre-Halloween Rager. And WHAT A RAGER IT WAS. FLO has spun the party for the past 2 years but unfortunately I missed them both. In Oct. of 2010 I was away in the Carribbean spinning on Norwegian Cruise Line Epic Ship, and 2009 I spun up in Boston, MA. In 2011 However, I was at that freaking party and it was hands down the best Halloween party I have been to, to date. The decorations were sooo elaborate… from the decapitated Barbie doll exhibit, to the skeletal flamingo carcasses, to the mirror/mummy fields!! I Swear I can’t even make this stuff up. DJ FLO_Rilla & myself DJ Jones’Ye West were set up in front of a haunted barn with a vintage carpeted dancefloor & 350 freaks stomping around on it, IN THE WILDERNESS! It was bananas. I know the two bartenders got WORKED that night for the $25 open bar & the two Porta-John lines were dumb long. So long story short.. people got it in. Can’t wait to spin this one next year… love when Halloween comes early. Here’s some pics, enjoy!

Not to mention, he's a legend and was easily the nicest guy in the entire room... FLO & Myself kicked it with him for a long while. On the real, Houston was my childhood hero... so chilling with him felt great. Apsley Tailors auctioned off a suit and all the proceeds went to the Allan Houston Foundation

This past weekend I was brought out to Dallas, TX for a night to spin the opening set for the Gym Class Heroes as part of the #ATTMusicForYou Concert Series. There was between 500-600 in attendance and I just did what I do best. Shouts to Travie McCoy & the entire GCH band.. dudes are very down to earth. Big thanks to Eric, Maggi, Brad & the rest of the Velocity Sports & Entertainment Marketing Team. The following day 9/11/11 it was back to NY. Labor Day Sunday 2011 brought me over the pedestrian bridge to Randall's Island for the Electric ZOO Festival. Some of the Sunday acts included: Armin Van Buuren, Diplo, Calvin Harris, Afrojack, Big Gigantic, Snoop Dogg, and much much more... Big Gigantic was new to me but they def tore down their performance. Dude ripped it on the sax while his boy wailed on the Drums, over some Jazzy-Electro Beats. Diplo's beats had the whole party in a wild trance. Calvin Harris had us all jumping. Snoop made us lean. Armin just turned the whole spot into a Euphoric Smush Fest. Boarding Pass @ Living Social Labor Day Wknd

Friday & Saturday of Labor Day Weekend brought Boarding Pass 2 hours north of the city to Port Jervis, NY. It was a weekend get away for the free-spirited & strong-minded, and the vacationers were blessed with our musical expertise. Check the Website HERE. During the day were all the activities your could think of (martial arts, football, water sports, zip line, etc..) But most importantly... there was the BLOB. There's Grammy Award winning footage of Chad getting launched off the blob. If you don't know what the blob is... you will soon find out.

After a day full of activities everyone hit the co-ed showers and had an orgy. Oops, I mean everyone hit the showers and got fresh for the evening celebration which included........... FLO & Jones on the Decks! So here's the Pics & the all-mighty blob footage. Enjoy!

Thursday Aug 18th was the MLB Sponsored Event Featuring LMFAO & DJ FLO @ the MLB Fan Cave in NOHO, downtown Manhattan. The whole venue was Party Rocked Out from top to bottom... (I mean if you were below the age of 12 in there, you were liable to have a seizure from the fluorescent coloring.)

August 10th was the highly anticipating Tinie Tempah show @ Regency Ballroom in San Francisco CA presented by AT&T: Music For You. First I want to give a big thanks to Brad & Eric at Velocity Sports & Entertainment, some hard-working, good dudes. The Regency Ballroom was a very nice venue.. very similar to Webster Hall in NY. Fans were lined up EARLY for this one.. the early bird special. There was even a homeless man in line with a voucher to get in.. (poor kid standing behind him) Once showtime hit... you know I got it warmed up real nice... (yeah you're welcome Tinie) So here's what we all want to see, the pictures...

First stop was San Diego to link w @DJSlowHand in the city that he runs. He's easily the most G'd out Cali N199a i know & his cuts will melt your face. So big shout to him, he put @DJFLO & me on at SE San Diego Hotel & Coronado Fire House & showed us that Left Coast lifestyle.

Next it was back to LA, keepin it movin... shout to Christian, DJ Hapa, Nick, Wallsy, Duece, Leslie, Sarah, Billy and a few others i'm forgetting to mention for joining us on our journey. We had 2 performances... 1 in downtown L.A., the annual Lumen Awards West Ceremony held at The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angeles. It is a gathering of all the best lighting designers on the West Coast, and we just rocked the party like we always do while they get smashed. Performance #2 was at Scratch Academy LA for their monthly party known as "Feel Good Sound." Since i'm tired of typing, i'm gonna let a series of tweets & pictures tell my story.

This Friday the Jason Derulo/Miguel Concert sponsored by AT&T Music For You went down at Webster Hall and it went down officially. Big Thanks to Brad w/ Team Epic at Velocity Sports & Entertainment for the look. I played an opening hour long set before Miguel's performance and you know your boy kept it fresh. Needless to say, there were tons of screaming teenagers so there was certainly no lack of energy in the building. During my performance they displayed my twitter @thekidjonesy on the big screen to encourage attendees to tweet me for song requests. The minute that sucker flashed on the screen, my blackberry started buzzin' like crazy.. "Can you play "Bass Down Low" & "Motivation!!!!" etc etc etc.. I'm not mad about it though because I snatched up a handful of followers off that ;-)

Once I got the crowd all hyped and in a frenzy.. Miguel was ready to hop on, and let me tell you.. He Did His Thing! pause. This dude just puts his all into his music when he performs and I respect that. When he finished he shouted out his whole band and then came and gave me that G dap... appreciating the job well done.
Next up was Jason Derulo who unfortunately I have no pictures of (sorry ladies). But in my defense, I have a justifiable reason for not having any pictures. Once my set was finished I had to dip from the venue and head over to Gallery Bar in LES to spin my monthly party Home Cooked w/ my bread-brother @DJFLO. That never ending hustle. The Gallery Bar party was hype.... of course no one stopped to take any photos because everyone was dancing their ass off and guzzling drinks.

As Summer quickly comes and go's, we of the Cascade Cru embarked on our annual pillage north along the eastern coast to the supple lands of Nantucket, MA. In a short weekend we ripped through the town leaving no grain of sand unturned. FLO , TooDope & Myself spun our annual party @ The Muse and we turned the sucker out!! Cascade Cru, consisting of 90% of my best homies from back home/the_motherland, were most definitely in the building! At night we crashed in The Muse band house... all 20 of our boys w/ comped housing for free. You're welcome fellas!! On our day off we hit the beach like savages... rippin thru waves, maxin' & relaxin'. If you're not familiar w Nantucket, get a map. Haaaaaa jk.. heres a nice photo....

Just like Big & Puff... .me and the homie FLO journey'd back to the west coast to grind once again. First STOP... Coronado, San Diego to hollar at Jedi-Slump Master Slowhand to peep his Cali State of Mind. We hit the beach, turntables, and studio so damn hard!!!

Next up... we hit Venice Beach to spin a sunset set on the Hotel Erwin Rooftop at the "High" Lounge. The vibe was real nice.. we even got a couple GQ photo ops, so look out for us in the next issue.
"Spend about a week on Venice Beach..." They were lovin' us on Venice Beach so much so that we were asked to spin a swagged out bball set @ the Venice Ball League Tournament.

They laced us with fresh VBL tanktops... and OH YEAH!! Terrell Owens slid up in our DJ tent to gear up for his game. My man could ball too.

Anybody who knows me.. knows that my two loves are Music & Basketball... and this event was all that and then some.

Our last event was at Scratch Academy LA where once a month they turn the academy into a club... The party in known as "The Bridge" and they have ill turntablists come thru for a showcase. Big Shout to DJ Hapa who hook'd it up real thoro for us during our stay.

Mt. Holyoke College Performance

Just a few weeks back was the Mt. Holyoke College (South Hadley, MA) spring concert and it was On & Crackin'!! 600 + kids with FLO & Jonesy on the turntables, we killed it. We also brought along with us an artist and true homie Chad & his cousin Ronald from Harlem. Shouts to those two for a great time and Chad most definitely killed it with his performance. Matter fact.. heres some footage of the performance, there I am on stage.. Mama I'm Famous!!! lol. Check the volley ball making it's way around.

Mickey Avalon performed the first set which was def. entertaining. There were even people protesting outside of the venue against his provocative language... psh.. squares.

I guess they did have a right to protest though, his performance was pretty explicit...

I'll wrap this post up with this last photo, which pretty much sums up the evening. Everyone was ballin out! Even the haters were showin love HAHA!!

Anybody who is anybody remembers NBA JAM and/or NBA Hangtime and the excitement they both bring. I recently brought Hangtime out of retirement and instantly wondered why i ever retired it in the first place. The game is timeless!! And so the story goes... my newly rekindled love for NBA Hangtime has inspired me to put out this mixtape. This is that mixtape that you bring with you in your peacoat to the weekend pregame.. and while everyone huddles around a TV watching the cast of Jershey Shore get wasted, you pop this Jawn into the CD/IPod player and watch the vibe transform. New Years Resolution.

Let me start by saying that Taj on New Years was hyphy. There were tons of S-Town heads in the building, including my Bro, Mom Dukes & Steph .. so i had to throw it down.

Now onto my new years resolution. My 2010 New Years Resolution is very simple.. It is to make as many beats/remixes/songs as possible. I just picked up this M Audio Axiom Pro 61 Keyboard and i'm not gonna lie i've been feeling like the homie Ryan Leslie. So look out for some joints by yours truly to hit the airwaves in this new decade.

The Swiss Homies were in town again!!!! and you already know we kept them busy like some bees, no honey comb. That's me and DJ Madkid repping NY Yankees hard, a no brainer. Shouts to DJ Steve Supreme, DJ GETLIVE, DJ FLO, DJ Madkid, Tri & all other my other Supremus Sounds homies.. we'll be back to Zurich real soon.

In a short week the Supremus Sounds crew had events a Katra Night Club, A List Radio, Adidas Originals Store, Diesel Store, Supremus Sounds Radio Show, Taj Night Club.. and the list goes on. Needless to say we were hustlin' forreal forreal. We even made it up to Boston for a day.

Next up we had the highly anticipated Stamford High School 5-year reunion. You already know we DJed... and killed it. Myself and FLO threw down music that was bringin people way back to those good old high school days... you know like some Mase, Diddy, LOX, etc etc etc. The night was hype.

ROMA, ITALY!! And the European quest continues for Passport Jones & Euro Flo. Mixtape, and all the other people who made this all possible!!

We threw it down @ the USMC's 234th birthday celebration... I think i saw the Ambassador of the Vatican doing the cabbage patch, no lie. Not to mention a highly decorated Lt. Col. doing the Tanto, the Uptown Shimmy, and the Downtown D-Lo Brown!! He did sh*t I've never seen before!!! dude had serious b-boy credentials.

Besides getting wasted with elite members of Society, FLO & I even did some site seeing.

Every building in Rome looks like a historical monument, it's ridiculous.
